To receive a verbal presentation updating the Board on issues related to the Strategic Commissioning Group.

| 5. | FULFILLING LIVES – A BETTER START
To consider the attached report on the Blackpool Fulfilling Lives - Better Start Project Bid.

| 6. | MENTAL HEALTH ACTION PLAN
To consider a verbal update on the Mental Health Action Plan.

| 7. | ADULT SOCIAL CARE COMMISSIONING PLAN
To consider the Adult Social Care Commissioning Plan 2013/2014 and 2014/2015.

| 8. | BLACKPOOL CLINICAL COMMISSIONING GROUP COMMISSIONING PLAN
To consider the Blackpool Clinical Commissioning Group Commissioning Plan 2012 - 15.
